Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
